What Is Your Dream Car?

When we were younger, we all daydreamed about what perfect car we would be driving. Many of us saw ourselves owning a Camaro, Mustang, Charger, or several other fancy sports cars. But life happens, and many of us are forced to give up on the dream of ever owning our dream car. There are times when we might need a vehicle that best suits our current situation, whether it be we need a car for a home business or to transport our family. So that's when a two-door Camaro is not quite efficient for a family of five. You grow up, mature, possibly get married and start a family. This is when you may find your dream of owning a sports car being put on the back burner, so to speak.

It does not mean that you must completely give up on this dream, but most of us are forced to prioritize and do what’s best for our family. So if a third-row seating SUV is what is needed to accommodate our family, then that is what we buy. This does not mean however that the dream of owning a sports car is gone, it just means that it is reserved in the back of our mind and will potentially come up at a later date.

Getting Your Dream Car

The majority of us sacrifice what we want for the betterment of our families. We do this gladly and without complaining because our families are very important to us. Plus, we know that at some point, our children are going to be grown and moved out of our house, and it will just be you and your spouse. This is the perfect time to buy a sports car that you’ve always wanted. Not only are you down to two people in your household, but your expenses will also be down as well.

So, financially this is probably the best time to purchase that car you’ve always wanted. This is why so many people think that men and women in their 50s go through what’s called a midlife crisis, which is stereotypically marked by buying a sports car. Honestly, the fact is that it’s probably something they’ve always wanted, but it was never the right time to buy it. They had to wait until their families were raised, and their children were gone to purchase something like their dream car.

Do You Prefer a Ford or Chevy?

Do You Prefer a Ford or Chevy? This is the age-old question. Ford or Chevy? Ford lovers wouldn’t be caught dead driving a Chevy, and Chevy lovers wouldn’t be caught dead driving a Ford. Fortunately, this type of mindset is falling by the wayside as the new millennial generation is growing. Many of them do not share the rivalry that their fathers and grandfathers shared between these two makes of pickup trucks. This has a lot to do with the fact that there are many other popular makes and models of pickup trucks such as Dodge, Nissan, and Toyota. People have more options now than they did 30 to 40 years ago. This is a good thing because it breaks people from those ingrained stereotypes. So, if you are looking for a great, reliable, but still luxurious truck, look no further. We have the perfect one for you. How Movies Portrayed Car Salesmen

How Movies Portrayed Car Salesmen Since the 80s and through the 90s, movies involving car dealerships shined a negative light on car salesmen and painted a stereotypical picture. These comedic characters came off as shady, sleazy, pushy, and willing to do anything to make the sale. The News Wheel has listed the Top 5 Worst Car Salesmen from Movies and they're some pretty bad ones. Here are my three favorites from the list. Rudy Russo from the 1980 film Used Cars . A young Kurt Russell portrays Rudy Russo, a state Senate hopeful. In order to get a $10,000 campaign investment from used car lot owner Luke Fuchs, Rudy must help him sell some cars to keep his business up and running. While doing so, Rudy uses standard stereotypical used car salesmen techniques like cheesy commercials, fast-talking, and pressure selling. He even baits a customer from a competing lot by using a $10 bill on a fishing line to get the man to cross the street. Joey O’Brien from Cadillac Man . The ...
