Baldi Frog- The Cutest Car I came across this cutie on Popular Mechanics and was happy I did. Now, if you are like me, you squeal every time you come across a baby animal; puppies, kittens, bunnies, and so on. I never thought I would say this, but I found a cute “frog,” and I want one, and I do not mean a tadpole. I mean a Baldi Frog. The Baldi Frog is Italy’s answer to traffic and congestion. The tiny car weighs less than one thousand pounds which means there are no bells and whistles with this little guy. You can expect fiberglass body panels and a canvas sunroof. The doors have no inner panels, so the windows slide back and forth instead of the up and down movement we are used to. The vehicle’s dashboard only contains a single gauge – a speedometer – and a few unlabeled lights. One of the lights lets you know when you are running low on fuel, but you better remember which one. The key goes in the dash, but the starter is a nondescript lever on the floor next to the shifter.
